We hope you will join us for the 2nd Annual Free to Breathe Dallas/Fort Worth Lung Cancer Run/Walk in Plano, TX. The event, which includes a 10K run, 5K run/walk and a 1 mile walk, provides an opportunity for lung cancer advocates, survivors and the community to come together to raise awareness and support in the movement to defeat lung cancer. Fun on the Farm (Family)

Location: Country Critters Farm
Bring the family out to Country Critters Farm for Fun on the Farm. Fun on the Farm begins on April 28th and runs through June 10th. Open Saturdays 10 am to 5 pm, Sundays 1 to 5 pm, gates close both days at 4 pm. Open weekdays by reservation only. Admission is $8 per person. Activities include: bounce houses, train and tractor playground, pony ride, train ride, petting zoo, hay ride, the maze, and games. Bring a picnic and enjoy the fresh Spring air in the country. It’s affordable fun for the whole family!
The Frontiers of Flight Museum presents Vectors: Abstractions in Aviation Art (Arts)

The Frontiers of Flight Museum will open the art exhibition Vectors: Abstractions in Aviation Art by Don Parr on Friday, May 4. The exhibition that features abstract paintings and constructions with aviation themes will be on display through August 17. Hours are Mondays-Saturdays 10 a.m.-5 p.m. and Sundays 1-5 p.m. The Frontiers of Flight Museum is located at 6911 Lemmon Avenue, Dallas, Texas 75209. Galloway in Mesquite.Embrace the rich musical heritage of the lands and peoples of the British Isles, including beloved folk songs from Scotland, England, Wales, and Ireland. Whether energized by a sea shanty, moved by songs of melancholy and nostalgia, swept away by songs of true love, or soothed by a lullaby, this will be an eclectic musical journey.
